A costume a day keeps the monsters away...I knew that Halloween was going to be different because of COVID this year so I decided to make sure I fully enjoyed myself this Halloween cause I can. Since I am a costume major, I LOVE Halloween an dressing up so naturally I knew I would be able to come up with 31 costumes for everyday of October. Coming up with ideas and pulling costume pieces together would be the easy part but I wanted to make the challenge even more challenging; I was going to make 31 costumes using items I already owned first and foremost. If I didn't have certain items for a costume I would try to make it, purchase it secondhand or buy new, only if I was really desperate, from a local business. Below is the collection of my 31 Halloween costumes for the month of October. All pictures are taken by me and my handy dandy iPhone & tripod. Check them out on my Instagram as well StitchSash Enjoy :) October 1: Velma dinkleyThis costume I put together a few years ago for Halloween was a hit and I kept the costume just in case I wanted to wear it again another year.
